Susan E. Ascencio, CFO
Ms. Ascencio has over 20 years of successful business experience. Her expertise includes program development, business management, financial planning, and small business operations.
Her experience includes establishing and expanding her start-up company, Aviation Technology Systems, a 2-person small business with $500K in annual revenue that grew into a successful business of $10 million with 90+ employees. The business included a full spectrum of administrative staff including bookkeeping, contracts, purchasing, and human resources management—in addition to a large program development staff. She established an effective organizational structure and developed procedures and processes to assure efficient management, as well as successful product development. Her responsibility also included establishment of competitive pricing, cost effective overhead and G&A, proposal management, and contract negotiations.
Ms. Ascencio believes Royal Palaces has identified a unique concept that has a substantial market and is looking forward to supporting its growth and success. Her role at Royal Palaces is to establish financial management procedures, manage cost and expenses, provide cost benefit analysis, and support successful product and service development—while maintaining profitability.
